Digital Certificates

AIM offers digital certificates to all of our learners for all provision types.  Prior to the 13^th of March 2026, learners’ certificates of achievement can be downloaded directly from Quartz Portal.  For all achievement awarded from the 13^th of March 2026 onwards, digital certificates can be accessed via our Digital Certificate Platform DC Web.

To download digital certificates from QuartzWeb for all achievements awarded prior to the 13^th of March 2026, please follow the guidance located on QuartzWeb under Resources – Documentation.  If you require access to QuartzWeb, please email enquiries@aimgroup.org.uk with your details.

For all digital certificates awarded from the 13^th of March 2026 onwards, the digital certificates can be accessed via DC Web.  Full guidance is located on QuartzWeb under Resources – Documentation.  The named certification contact at your centre will have full access to DC Web.  If you require access as an additional user, please email enquiries@aimgroup.org.uk with your details.

Certificate verification

Centres and learners can verify the authenticity of their AIM Qualification certificates via our Quartz portal for all certificates of achievement issued prior to the 13^th of March 2026.  All digital certificates issued after this date can be viewed on the digital certificate platform DC Web to confirm authenticity.

Replacement certificates

For achievement awarded prior to the 13^th of March 2026, please complete our ‘Replacement Certificate Centre Request Form‘ to apply for a replacement certificate. More information can be found in the Certification Policy on our Policies and Procedures page.

Any achievement awarded from the 13^th of March 2026, please complete the Order via DC Web.  Guidance is located on QuartzWeb under Resources – Documentation
