For an NVQ qualification, learners must be employed in an appropriate role in the workplace to be able to generate evidence of competence.
This National Vocational Qualification has been developed with CITB in line with the relevant National Occupational Standards (NOS).
It offers learners the opportunity to demonstrate knowledge, understanding and practical skills in to work across trades to carry out basic repair and refurbishment operations in a construction environment.
Learners may progress to further qualifications in the same or related areas such as a Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Trowel Occupations (Construction) or Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Work Supervision (Construction).

To achieve the AIM Qualifications Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Building Maintenance Multi-Trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations (Construction) learners must achieve a total of 63 credits;
