The AIM Qualifications Level 3 Diploma in Media Creation, Production and Craft Support is the combined qualification included in the Advanced Apprenticeship in Creative and Digital Media (Wales).
This Apprenticeship is designed to attract and develop creative and digitally competent work-ready apprentices who are multi-skilled and can work across different technologies. The qualification gives learners the opportunity to develop the competence required for their intended progression route.
The Diploma is made up of units which are based on National Occupational Standards (NOS) developed by Creative Skillset — the Sector Skills Council and government-recognised standards- setting body for the creative industries.
This qualification could lead learners to higher level training and roles within the industry. Some of the potential job roles are media researcher, radio producer, TV film editor/director.
AIM Qualifications Level 2 Certificate Skills for the Creative Industries - Screen and Media Production
This qualification combines practical and hands-on experience together with knowledge and understanding of the theoretical basis of the area. The delivery of the units prepares and progresses the learners by providing a practical introduction and ensures their readiness for employment or further study and training.

The AIM Qualifications Level 4 Diploma in Interactive Media is aimed at learners who are interested in developing a new set of skills needed by creative industry employers: a fusion of creativity, technology and business.
