The AIM Qualifications Suite of Skills for Working in Digital Technology Industries (AIMVOCs) Qualifications provide opportunities for learners to develop their skills and knowledge to enable them to start or build on a career in a range of digital technology industries.
This combination of knowledge and experience has resulted in a suite of qualifications which truly reflect the knowledge, skills and understanding which individuals require when employed in digital technology roles. Details about each qualification can be found later in this document, however, all qualifications are based on three guiding principles.
To achieve this qualification learners must complete all the essential components (see Qualification Specification).
AIM Qualifications Entry 3 Award in Skills for Working in Digital Technology Industries
This qualification is recognised internationally as well as within the UK which will support a learner who is seeking employment in digital technology, or one who is seeking to progress within their role.
AIM Qualifications Entry 3 Certificate in Skills for Working in Catering and Hospitality Industries
This qualification covers different areas of catering and hospitality, including a range of different practical cooking skills, food hygiene and storage, menu planning, hospitality services, customer services and the principles of working in hospitality.
AIM Qualifications Entry 3 Certificate in Skills for Working in Health, Lifestyle and Science Industries
This qualification is recognised internationally as well as within the UK which will support a learner who is seeking employment in a health, lifestyle and science industry, or one who is seeking to progress within their role.
AIM Qualifications Entry 3 Certificate in Skills for Working in Transport and Logistics Industries
This qualification has been developed in conjunction with employers, training providers and subject matter experts.
