This qualification has been designed to provide knowledge and practical skills for those wishing to work in animal care and welfare.
Learners will develop skills that will allow them to work as a Veterinary Nursing Assistant in a range of animal care environments or into further study of animal health, welfare and care.
On successful completion of the Level 2 Diploma for Veterinary Nursing Assistants, learners may progress directly into employment or onto higher level animal care qualifications, including the Level 3 Certificate for Veterinary Care Assistants.

This qualification has been designed to support learners seeking to work in or already working in Veterinary Nursing or animal care roles, wishing to gain recognition for their knowledge and skills.
AIM Qualifications Level 2 Diploma for Veterinary Nursing Assistants
This qualification has been designed to provide knowledge and practical skills for those wishing to work in animal care and welfare.
Access to HE Diploma (Veterinary Science)
This level 3 Access to HE Diploma is regulated by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) and is designed to prepare learners without traditional qualifications for entry into Higher Education (HE). The Diploma provides an opportunity for learners to acquire and develop knowledge and skills needed to progress to higher education study and enables learners to develop social and emotional skills such as communication and confidence.
Access to Higher Education Diploma (Veterinary Science)
The Access to HE Diploma is a full Level 3 qualification designed to prepare learners without traditional qualifications for entry into Higher Education (HE).
