Successful completion of this qualification will prepare learners to move into their first paid or unpaid role, or to take on a Traineeship and will support them in gaining or working towards full Level 2 qualifications or relevant
Learners can progress directly into employment or study at a higher level e.g. AIM Qualifications Level 1 Diploma in Employability and Development Skills.
