This qualification has been designed to give learners the knowledge and understanding relating to the role of a veterinary receptionist. Learners will understand a range of terminology and procedures common to the veterinary practice, gain knowledge on communication and customer service and learn about the administrative duties of a receptionist within this industry area.
On successful completion of the Level 3 Certificate Veterinary Receptionist (Principles), learners could progress onto any Level 3 Diploma qualifications in related areas, or they may progress directly into employment or self-employment in the veterinary field.

This level 3 Access to HE Diploma is regulated by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) and is designed to prepare learners without traditional qualifications for entry into Higher Education (HE). The Diploma provides an opportunity for learners to acquire and develop knowledge and skills needed to progress to higher education study and enables learners to develop social and emotional skills such as communication and confidence.
Access to Higher Education Diploma (Veterinary Science)
The Access to HE Diploma is a full Level 3 qualification designed to prepare learners without traditional qualifications for entry into Higher Education (HE).
