This qualification has been developed to provide the knowledge and understanding required to work as a Enforcement Agent within the Enforcement and Legal Sector.
This qualification meets the legal requirement for the Certification of Enforcement Agents 2014.
Learners will gain a Level 3 Certificate which will allow them to apply for the relevant licence to work as a Bailiff/Enforcement Agent and included on the Certificated Bailiff Register.
On successful completion of the Level 3 Certificate, learners may progress onto other Level 3 or Level 4 Debt Collection and Debt Management qualifications or they may apply for Certified Enforcement Agent status, allowing them to work as an Enforcement agent.
