The Level 2 Certificate in Delivering Information, Advice or Guidance covers the key aspects of the IAG role such as effective listening skills, client confidentiality, data protection, referral and signposting. Learners can then specialise in their particular areas of interest, for example, debt advice or working with school students.
Learners may progress within these qualifications, acquiring more components in different subjects at the same level. Learners also may progress on to additional qualifications.
