The AIM Qualifications Level 3 Certificate in Christian Leadership provides the opportunity for learners to develop practical leadership skills, and a body of theoretical knowledge for use in a Christian context. The qualification comprises a range of units, enabling providers to create courses that satisfy the rules of combination and meet the needs of learners in different contexts.
The qualification will meet the needs of anyone over the age of 16 years who aspires to take a leadership role in the community, and particularly in a Christian context. This could include groups from regional and national organisations, for example denominational groups such as the Baptist Church, Youth Work groups, CAP debt agency, Food Bank.
The qualification can prepare individuals to progress to higher level studies in Christian Leadership. It can also prepare learners for employment in a support role within the workplace and encourage engagement in future learning. It has been designed to enable learners to take pro-active leadership roles in the community and actively increase the confidence, knowledge and ability levels in the communities in which they work.
