Learners will undertake units in Digital Photography and Wildlife Photography and learn to apply these skills to take professional quality photographs of a range of species in their natural environment.
This qualification has been designed to give learners the knowledge, understanding and skills to be able to work in wildlife photography. By providing learning in general digital photographic techniques and wildlife photography, this qualification provides routes into employment, self-employment or further learning in this area.
By completing this qualification this gives learners the opportunities to move into employment or self-employment in wildlife photography and related areas. Learners may also progress to further qualifications in related subjects at the same or higher levels, including the Level 3 Award in Pet Photography.
