This qualification is designed to provide knowledge and awareness of a range of Specific Learning Difficulties (or SpLDs), and behavioural disorders.
Learners will be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to support people with specific learning difficulties and those experiencing challenges associated with the Autistic Spectrum or other behavioural disorders.
Achievement of this qualification will ensure greater support for people seeking to optimise their potential.
This qualification can be used to support a role in the workplace, to prepare learners for employment in this area or to prepare learners for further study by enabling the development of generic transferable skills.
