This qualification offers learners the opportunity to undertake a mentoring role in an organisational setting.
Learners may be working in an educational setting or health sector organisation. Mentoring skills will be valuable in every workplace.
This qualification will develop practical mentoring skills to support a role in the voluntary sector, statutory sector or private workplace.

AIM Qualifications Level 1 Award in Mentoring Skills for Working with Young People
This qualification has been designed to be used flexibly to meet the needs of learners who are involved in working with young people in a mentoring role.
AIM Qualifications Level 2 Award in Peer Mentoring Skills
Learners will gain valuable skills to support colleagues, clients, peers or students. They will be able to establish a relationship, interact with others and reflect on own skills. Learners will also learn the legislation and codes of conduct relevant to working with peer group.
AIM Qualifications Level 3 Award in Mentoring Practice
This qualification offers learners the opportunity to undertake a mentoring role in an organisational setting.
AIM Qualifications Level 3 Award in Peer Mentoring for Learning
This qualification trains peer mentors in the skills to help people complete professional development activities.
