AIM Qualifications Level 2 Award Leadership and Management

The qualification is designed for those without relevant leadership, supervisory or management roles and gives learners an introduction to Team Leading and Planning and Monitoring Work.

Learners may progress onto the Level 2 Certificate or Level 3 Award qualifications or directly into employment in team leading or supervisory roles.
