A short qualification consisting of two units covering welcoming, receiving, and caring for visitors to sites, communicating with customers and dealing with complaints.

 

To enable learners to progress to further learning in the area of customer service or to prepare for employment in the hospitality or retail sector.

 

This qualification is mainly theory based, it can be delivered face to face or remotely and no practical placement is required.

To be awarded the AIM Qualifications Level 1 Award in Customer Service, learners must achieve:

  • 5 credits from the Mandatory units
  • No optional units
