This qualification has been designed to provide an introduction to the basics of Cyber Security for those considering pursuing a career in this sector.
Through a selection of Mandatory and Optional units including Computer Systems, the Impact of Cyber Security, Information Technology for Business and the Internet of Everything learners will be aware of the dangers from and
impacts of cyber security in a business environment.
On successful completion of the AIM Qualifications Level 1 Award in Computing and Information Security, learners may progress to similar learning at the same or a higher level, including the AIM Qualifications Level 1 Diploma in Computing and Information Security, or directly into employment in the cyber security field.
AIM Qualifications Level 2 Award in Computing
This qualification is aimed at learners who may benefit from alternative approaches to curriculum and learning as the flexibility of assessment allows them to generate evidence in a range of ways.
