The Survey provided valuable insight into what Customers value most about working with AIM. We were delighted to see positive feedback about our broad qualification portfolio, supportive team, and collaborative approach. Your feedback has helped us identify key areas where we can continue to enhance the Customer experience. As a result, we are actively focused on:

- Strengthening consistency across our External Quality Assurance (EQA) support
- Reducing administrative workload for Customers wherever possible
- Making communication clearer, more timely, and easier to access
These improvements form part of our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality support and services that help our Customers succeed.
