Paper-based assessments take place on fixed dates set by AIM and cannot be moved. Each exam series has an associated scheduling window, which AIM will confirm in advance. Centres are responsible for scheduling learners onto their chosen exam session within this window. All entries must be made by the published deadline, as late schedules cannot be accepted.
The registration process for these learners is the same as other learners. However, once the learners have been registered, they must be scheduled for the examination. This must be done or learners will not have access to the exam.
