Centre approval process

Tell us you’re interested by completing the quick online form on our website. One of our friendly team will give you a call, to chat through what you’d like to deliver, and explain what happens next.

We’ll send you a link to your Quartweb account – our secure online platform where you will manage your AIM qualifications. You’ll complete and submit your Centre application form. You will then be asked to pay the first invoice. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through every step – and we’re happy to help by phone, email, or video call at any stage.

When the first payment has been paid, we’ll arrange a meeting to guide you through uploading your key policies and qualification approval. When everything is in place, and all looks good, you will be asked to pay the final invoice and sign an agreement prior to approval.

When everything’s approved, you’ll receive your final documents and a welcome pack. You’re now an AIM Approved Centre and ready to start registering learners. You’ll also be allocated a named Account Manger and Quality contact, who are just a call or email away for any ongoing support.
