The AIM Qualifications Level 2 Certificate in Life Coaching serves as a broad introduction to a popular short term therapy and self-development tool. Life coaching is used to help clients to develop better communication skills, to set realistic and appropriate goals and to problem solve barriers to meeting those goals.
Overall, it aims to help a client to motivate themselves and to take action to move towards goals that are beneficial for them whether these be personal, social or business goals. It employs models and techniques to allow the client to gain clarity of thought, purpose and action and to achieve greater self-awareness.
The qualification introduces learners to the main principles and methods used in life coaching. It allows students who are also interested in developing their own life skills to work through the models in a supported way, examining their own goals and methods of achieving them. This will help the learner to develop greater self-awareness and better communication skills.
To achieve this qualification learners must complete all the essential components (see Qualification Specification).
AIM Qualifications Level 2 Certificate Business and Law

This qualification has been designed in partnership with Imperial English to provide an ESOL qualification for those learners who use online applications and/or platforms to study and assess their English Language skills.
AIM Qualifications Level 2 Certificate in Catering Skills
This qualification has been designed to be delivered flexibly to allow learners to develop skills in food hygiene, kitchen and cooking skills.
