The aim of the Level 4 Award in Mediation is to enable learners to become, competent, experienced, and to work ethically and safely as mediators.
The award will provide the knowledge, understanding and the skills required to become a proficient mediation practitioner. The qualification covers the standard principles and models that can be employed to resolve conflicts of an interpersonal nature effectively.
Learners will be able to use key mediation skills within particular situations, appreciate the ethics and accountability required, and be able to identify their own personal professional development needs.
To achieve this qualification learners must complete all the essential components (see Qualification Specification).
AIM Qualifications Level 2 Award in Introduction to Counselling Skills
This qualification will enable learners to develop their knowledge of the counselling profession, looking at the role of professional frameworks/codes of conduct and the core personal qualities that enable competent counsellors.
AIM Qualifications Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills

AIM Qualifications Level 3 Certificate in Counselling
This qualification provides the knowledge and understanding of the main core theories and theorists that underpin counselling and addresses the nature of psychological problems and how they may be approached.
AIM Qualifications Level 3 Certificate in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills
The AIM Awards Level 3 Certificate in Counselling and Hypnotherapy provides all the basic requirements for professional practice as a hypnotherapist.
