AIM Qualification and Assessment Group have partnered with Advance Secure
Technologies to provide a secure cloud based digital certification platform for all
approved centres to securely view digital copies of their learners’ certificates of
achievement. This platform provides many enhanced high–security features that
protects against fraud on our newly designed certificate paper.

All certificates of achievement are published to the secure platform, and all approved
centres of AIM Qualifications and Assessment Group will be able to access the platform
to view all digital certificates for your learners and release them to the learners to the
email address provided during the registration process on QuartzWeb. Please note that
access to the digital certificate platform will be provided to all named certification
contacts on QuartzWeb at our approved centres.
Learners will be able to share their certificates of learning as proof of achievement with
any third party (potential employers, training providers, universities, verification bodies,
voluntary organisations etc) and this third party can also view the version of the digital
certificate upon the learner granting access.
All certificates issued from 13 March 2026 will be available for both centres and
learners to access, any certificates issued prior to this date will be available on the
existing platform Quartzweb.
With the introduction of this new platform, all registrations and certificate claims are
still completed through Quartzweb, this process has not changed.
