Become an AIM centre
By becoming an AIM Centre you will be joining a network of hundreds of organisations across the UK and overseas. All our centres go through an approval process so we can be sure that our qualifications are being delivered by centres of excellence; by people who understand teaching and learning.
Before applying, we recommend that you read our guide as this will give you an insight into everything from the centre approval process through to receiving certificates. Your application should be made using our centre recognition form which should be submitted along with the additional documentation listed below to firstname.lastname@example.org
- appeals procedure for candidates
- complaints procedure
- conflicts of interest policy
- equal opportunities and diversity policy
- examinations procedure (for centres planning to offer qualifications with exams)
- internal quality assurance policy and procedure
- malpractice procedure
- organisation structure
- reasonable adjustments and special considerations policy
- recognition of prior learning policy
- registrations procedure
What happens next?
When we receive your signed agreement, you will be sent an invoice for full centre recognition. Once payment has been received you will be contacted by your designated centre lead who will arrange a welcome visit ( either in-person or virtual) to finalise your application.
If your application is successful you will receive a Welcome Pack and a certificate to show that you are an AIM recognised centre.
Once you are an approved AIM centre, you can then apply to deliver our qualifications. Just select the qualifications you are interested in and send in your request along with information about the people who will be delivering them. Our customer service advisors are here to help you through the process.
