Having an address is vital for searching for and maintaining employment, so this qualification addresses the issues related to tenancy responsibilities, household maintenance, personal security and employment. The qualification also offers training in budgeting skills and knowledge of financial products - essential information required to keep a home.
This qualification is for those who are preparing to move into rented accommodation or are currently in rented accommodation and hoping to maintain their tenancy.
