Learners will gain a Level 3 Award which will allow them comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act and gain relevant training and understanding of eviction and trespass law, and the use of force within the constraints of the law.

On successful completion of the Level 3 Award, learners may progress onto other Level 3 Certificate for the Enforcement Industry and they may apply for Certified Enforcement Agent status, allowing them to work as an Enforcement agent.

To be awarded the AIM Qualifications Level 3 Award in Eviction and Trespasser Removal, learners must achieve:
- 7 credits
- No optional units in this qualification

Tutors:
To offer this qualification, centres must ensure that tutors hold or are working towards:
- Level 3 or Level 4 High Court Enforcement qualifications.
- Level 3 Credit Management qualifications.
- Level 3 Delivery of Conflict Management Training.
- Must have at least 3 years proven front line operational experience in a Supervisory Position for Evictions and Trespasser Removal. This must all be from within the last 10 years and while you were in the UK.
Internal Quality Assurer (IQA):
Centres must also ensure that they have in place an Internal Quality Assurance person who:
- Holds or is working towards a Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practices or its equivalent.
- Has substantial experience of working in or assessing qualifications in Process Serving or High Court Enforcement.
- Is familiar with the assessment requirements of the qualification for which they are the Internal Quality Assurer.
