This qualification enables learners to develop a range of technical skills related to cleaning according to their needs and work setting.
This qualification supports the development of basic skills alongside cleaning skills so enabling learners to gain employment in the cleaning industry and/or to progress to further education or training.
Learners may progress into other cleaning, business or management qualifications or into employment.

Learners must achieve 6 credits in total. Learners must achieve 2 credits from the essential component A), a minimum of 3 credits must be achieved from the chosen Group B1 and a maximum of 1 credit may be achieved from chosen Group B2 (see Qualification Guide).
