We believe in developing strong and long term partnerships with our centres and we work closely with industry experts including employers, trade bodies, sector skills councils, training providers and government departments/agencies to ensure our qualifications and accreditation services are fit for purpose.

2. Dedicated specialist support
All AIM centres are allocated a dedicated Centre Lead and External Quality Assurer to provide ongoing specialist and management support. They will monitor your organisation’s quality assurance systems to ensure compliance throughout the year and provide support, advice and guidance on AIM products and services.
3. Regular updates
Regular email updates, newsletters and posts on social media will keep you informed and up to date; our website is updated daily. Most of the information you will need, including forms and portal links can be found in our centre area.
4. Training and events
Regular clinics and workshops are held throughout the year and we have useful video support guides on AIM processes.
5. Gradetraka
Centres delivering AIM Access to HE diplomas have exclusive use of Gradetraka to track learners' progression and grade profiles throughout the academic year, then export the information for the final awards board.
