Fabienne Bailey Re-Appointed as Export Champion for Northern Powerhouse

AIM Qualifications and Assessment Group is proud to announce that Fabienne Bailey, Director of Business Growth and Transformation, has been re-appointed as an Export Champion for the Department for Business and Trade’s (DBT) Northern Powerhouse region.

As an Export Champion, Fabienne uses her expertise in business growth and international development to support and mentor businesses across the North of England who are looking to export or expand into overseas markets. She works closely with the DBT team to raise regional export capabilities.

"I'm honoured to be continuing in the role as Export Champion supporting more northern businesses in realising their global ambitions," said Fabienne. "The Northern Powerhouse is brimming with innovative and dynamic companies, and increasing exports is crucial for driving economic growth across our region."

Fabienne brings over 15 years of management experience in qualification development, sales and marketing to the Export Champion position. At AIM, she has spearheaded new product development, digitisation efforts and international expansion into markets . Fabienne's appointment will further strengthen ties between government and businesses in the North of England as part of the Northern Powerhouse strategy to rebalance the national economy.
