Learner Registration Reminder

To ensure a seamless process for learner registration and certification, we're updating our Registration and Certification guidance, the updated version will be released shortly. In the meantime, we want to provide you with a quick reminder of the learner registration deadlines:

For AIM Qualifications and Customised Provision:

  • For short courses lasting less than 15 weeks, learners must be registered within 25 working days of the course start date.
  • For courses of 16 weeks or more, learners must be registered within 60 working days of the course start date.

For Access to HE:

Learners undertaking any Access to HE Diploma should take note of the following registration requirements:

  1. Learners must be registered no later than 6 weeks from the start date of their Access to HE course.
  2. Registration for units to the maximum value of 60 credits must take place no later than 12 weeks from the course start date or before the learner submits a formal application to a higher education course through UCAS or any other application process - whichever comes first.

We kindly remind you that failure to adhere to the registration timelines as specified by AIM Qualifications and Assessment Group may result in a late registration fee per learner.

Withdrawing Learners:

Should a registered learner discontinue their studies, it's important to notify our Customer Experience team promptly. Please reach out via enquiries@aimgroup.org.uk within 30 days of the learner's withdrawal so we can update our records.
