Learner Registration Reminder

To ensure a seamless process for learner registration and certification, we're updating our Registration and Certification guidance, the updated version will be released shortly. In the meantime, we want to provide you with a quick reminder of the learner registration deadlines:
For AIM Qualifications and Customised Provision:
- For short courses lasting less than 15 weeks, learners must be registered within 25 working days of the course start date.
- For courses of 16 weeks or more, learners must be registered within 60 working days of the course start date.
For Access to HE:
Learners undertaking any Access to HE Diploma should take note of the following registration requirements:
- Learners must be registered no later than 6 weeks from the start date of their Access to HE course.
- Registration for units to the maximum value of 60 credits must take place no later than 12 weeks from the course start date or before the learner submits a formal application to a higher education course through UCAS or any other application process - whichever comes first.
We kindly remind you that failure to adhere to the registration timelines as specified by AIM Qualifications and Assessment Group may result in a late registration fee per learner.
Withdrawing Learners:
Should a registered learner discontinue their studies, it's important to notify our Customer Experience team promptly. Please reach out via enquiries@aimgroup.org.uk within 30 days of the learner's withdrawal so we can update our records.
