Games, Animation and VFX Skills and UCAS Points
5 April 2016
We are pleased to announce that the AIM Awards Level 3 Extended Diploma in Games, Animation and VFX Skills (QCF) 601/6428/1 qualification has been approved by UCAS to carry admission points to support university applications.
The University and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS) is a UK-based organisation responsible for managing applications to Higher Education courses. Its aim is to help learners make informed choices that are right for them - guiding them, as well as their parents and advisers, through the Higher Education application process. Applications through UCAS are conducted using the UCAS Tariff. This is a means of allocating points to compare post-16 qualifications used for entry into Higher Education.
The Level 3 Extended Diploma in Games, Animation and VFX Skills qualification has been allocated the following points for each grade, and these will be published in May 2016:
Pass | Merit | Distinction |
