Growing workforce skills and advancing development

We’re pleased to announce that AIM now offers end-point assessment services for the popular Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard.
“This exciting addition to our already robust assessments portfolio demonstrates our commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction as an EPAO. By expanding our offering, we enable our training providers and employers to offer their apprentices a broader spectrum of opportunities for skill development and career growth”
Debbie Tuisawau, AIM EPA Director.
AIM has built a reputation for delivering uncomplicated and reliable end-point assessment services for over 30 apprenticeship standards for the creative industries. After requests from many training providers and employers, we are pleased to announce that we have been approved by IfATE to deliver EPAs for the Business Administrator apprenticeship standard.
Business Growth Manager, Will Cummins, said, “It just seemed like a natural progression – we’ve developed a great reputation for delivering quality assessment services for a range of creative industry standards and many of these organisations also wanted to deliver or recruit Business Administrator apprentices, but we didn’t offer this standard. This is great news for the training providers and employers we already work with as they won’t need to source another EPAO”.
The popular Business Administrator apprenticeship is a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied in all sectors. This includes small and large businesses alike; from the public sector, private sector and charitable sector. Skills developed by this apprenticeship include: IT, project management, problem solving, record and document production, as well as softer skills like interpersonal skills and self-motivation and integrity.
New EPAs coming soon
“2024 is going to be a great year for AIM Assessment as we plan to launch even more apprenticeship standards! Some of the ones that are currently in the pipeline include Operations Departmental Manager, Multi-Channel Marketer and Creative Industries Production Assistant. By further expanding our portfolio we are not just keeping pace with industry changes; we are actively shaping the future of workforce development, delivering value that resonates with both current and prospective clients”, said Debbie.
