Season's Greetings from AIM

As we approach the end of 2023, I am sure that you will be looking forward to a well-deserved rest. The work that you do is not easy, but it is incredibly rewarding and together we have empowered the futures of thousands of learners.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the contributions you have made over the past 12 months. Your commitment to delivering the very best in teaching, learning and assessment has been instrumental in our ability to create and deliver high quality qualifications, apprenticeship end-point assessments, bespoke accreditation, and quality mark services.  

December is a time for reflection, and I look back at 2023 with great pride. With your support, AIM has registered 80,000 learners and awarded 100,000 certificates. Within each solitary registration is an individual story and the AIM team are determined to celebrate what matters most - learner success. With that in mind it was particularly poignant that an AIM learner won the ‘Learner of the Year 2023’ award at the recent Federation of Awarding Bodies (FAB) annual awards ceremony. We can only achieve such high impact through our partnerships with learning organisations, employers and stakeholders. Therefore, it has also been humbling for AIM to be recognised through a further FAB award in the Employer Relationship of the Year category.

As the holiday season approaches, I hope you find time to relax and enjoy the festivities; may the spirit of the season bring you moments of happiness and reflection.

Looking ahead to 2024, we are excited about the big plans we have, to deliver even more for learners. We will do this through a programme of continual improvement that will deliver sector-leading customer service, support and products. We are proud to work in partnership with you and we remain resolutely committed to listening to what you need so that we can provide the support, qualifications and assessment services you require.
