We would like to give our employers early notice that we will not be completing any end-point assessments between Monday 18th December 2023 and Monday 8th January 2024 due to office closures over the Christmas period.
Please ensure you review the Apprentice Packs for the timeframes in which we must have the Gateway documents submitted to us. For example, a portfolio must be submitted a minimum two weeks prior to the Professional Discussion. Failure to comply with this, will result in the assessment being postponed until we have the relevant documentation and an additional cost incurred to the employer.
