Welcome to the AIM Group's Commercial Directorate!
6 June 2023
By Fabienne Bailey, AIM Group’s Interim Director for Business Growth and Transformation. If you are a Recognised Centre with AIM Group, it is very likely that the work of our dedicated Commercial Directorate has contributed to you joining us. The Commercial DirectorateOur Commercial Directorate is a dual functioning team that work hand in hand to deliver the Marketing and Communications and Business Development Strategies that aim to attract new customers to AIM, to better support our existing customers and to create the most impact for our beneficiaries. As a charitable organisation, creating impact is the key to our success and we urge you to keep an eye out for our ‘Annual Impact Report’ later this year. |
Marketing and Communications Team
Our Marketing and Communications team take a proactive approach in promoting AIM Group’s products and services to new and existing customers so that you can see what we have to offer and how we plan to work with you as a recognised centre.
We have a broad and diverse offer including regulated qualifications, Access to Higher Education Diplomas, End-Point Assessment Services for apprenticeship standards, bespoke accreditation and a formal endorsement service along with training and support for our customers.
As you can imagine, this takes a lot of planning and coordination from the Marketing and Communications Team! We want to make sure we get the right messages out to you and the wider education and skills sector so you are kept up to date with our new and exciting developments, but we do it well and we hope you enjoy seeing the monthly ‘Make it Count’ themed promotions coming through on our website and our social media. Make sure you check out the upcoming virtual Access to Higher Education Awards for AIM centres in June and our Annual Conference and Celebration later in the year (all slickly organised by the team).
Business Development Team
In the Business Development Team, we strive to develop new relationships with new customers so that more and more providers can benefit from our fantastic range of products and services and ultimately more and more learners can achieve our qualifications, accreditations and apprenticeship standards.
We also work closely to keep our existing customers happy and are always on the other end of the phone or email to help with any queries. We pride ourselves on being extremely responsive and solution focussed!
We consider ourselves to be ‘relationship builders’ rather than ‘sales people’ as we genuinely want to create long lasting fruitful relationships with all of our customers where we can achieve mutual gains and growth.
We are currently working with colleagues across AIM to develop even more products and services that we can offer you to enrich and enhance your provision including more e-learning content, new loyalty incentives and business opportunities for those providers working internationally – keep watching this space for our latest offerings!
