The AIM team attended the Association of Colleges (AoC) Annual Conference and Exhibition at the ICC in Birmingham this week.
The event was an opportunity for representatives from the further education sector to come together to discuss, debate and shape the response to some of the country’s biggest issues facing future skills and the sector through inspiring keynote and breakout sessions.
AIM had a stand in the exhibition area of the annual event to discuss our range of products and services to delegates attending from colleges and training providers. Delegates visiting the stand were also given the opportunity in which to win an Amazon Kindle by taking part in our nerf gun challenge encouraging visitors to the stand to ‘Take AIM’ to see how many targets they could hit.
During the conference, the AoC also:
• Published an FE Provider Strategy and Mandate, building on the College of the Future report
• Announced the colleges that had reached the finals of the 2022/23 AoC Beacon Awards
• Announced the 2022/2023 Student of the Year Winners
