AIM Qualifications and Assessment Group has partnered with the charity Home Group, one of the UK’s largest providers of social housing, health and social care, to help improve the lives of their tenants. Home Group has over 116,000 tenants many of whom find it difficult to access standard learning provision in traditional settings due to barriers such as confidence and health. |
Since forming their partnership, AIM Qualifications and Assessment Group and Home Group have also won the FAB award for AO/Employer Relationship of the Year in 2023. Read more about this monumental achievement here.
With funding from the Ufi trust, AIM is creating ‘The Home Achievement Academy’, an online learning platform with access to a suite of vocational training units, designed specifically to support tenants build soft skills, boost confidence and raise motivational levels. The short courses will lead to online assessment and accreditation and will support progression to further learning including traineeships, apprenticeships and work.
