New Pathways Available in AIM Awards Skills for the Creative Industries Qualifications at Level 2

We have recently added 3 new pathways into the Level 2 Skills for the Creative Industries Qualifications:

• Digital Careers
• Games Design
• Screen and Media Production

The flexible structure enables you to design your own balance of content that includes technical and sector specific options combined with support for learner employability. These Level 2 pathways are ideal for Traineeships, to support progression to Level 3 qualifications or to run as short taster and/or re-engagement courses.

The Qualification Specification has been updated with the content and units within these new pathways.

I would like to offer these new pathways – how do I apply?

If you would like to offer any of these new pathways, or any of the existing pathways, then you can complete an online qualification application here: http://www.aimawards.org.uk/advanced-qualification-search/ofqual/all-qualifications/skills-for-the-creative-industries-qcf/.

Simply select the relevant pathway(s) and units you wish to deliver and select ‘Apply to offer this qualification’. You will be able to ‘Proceed without login’ to complete your application. Your Customer Support Officer will contact you once your course has been approved and you are able to register your learners.
