With-you Consultancy Ltd is a national Consultancy and Training provider, with over twelve years’ experience in the implementation of peer support. The core values of With-you are based on the values of peer support including co-design and co-production and they pride themselves on building and maintaining relationships: it is at the heart of what they do.

With-you deliver a wide range of training, masterclasses and workshops, including development days for teams, support for senior leadership teams, and supervision training. Because of this they are lucky to connect with so many amazing learners each year, and to hear their positive comments about our Peer Support Worker and Resilience-based Supervision training.

It was important to us that the skills and experience of our delivery teams be recognised outside of our own organisation. The AIM Quality Mark seemed a perfect way to do this.
