Train to Equip have been a centre with AIM for 9 years. As a centre we deliver accredited training across the country for people who work with families. Based on our reputation for delivering excellent training we are often asked to develop bespoke training for high numbers of workers that have the same role across the country. As a training provider it is important that we are able to meet the needs of a developing workforce, making sure that we are up to date with relevant legislation and evolving practices to work with families.
When we were asked to develop a new customised accredited course, we contacted our business development lead (Clare Preston) and started the process of applying for the quality mark. The process was seamless, and we felt very supported by AIM. We delivered to the first cohort 4 weeks later!
As a centre we value having the flexibility to develop customised units, the process is positive and meets the need of our centre and the learners that we deliver training to.
