Flexible working

As a freelancer you get to work flexible hours to suit your lifestyle / work / other commitments. You will work from home but are encouraged (and welcomed) to visit the Derby HQ and our Wolverhampton office to work, train or socialise. Many people join us as part of their CPD or to gain new experience.

You will be invited to join freelance team meetings (usually on-line) at regular intervals so that you feel part of the AIM family.

To support well-being all staff have access to an Employee Assistance programme with professional counsellors and advice. 

The freelance team

AIM freelancers come from a range of backgrounds: FE and HE teachers and specialists, customer service, IT, the creative sector, and sector skills bodies etc. They work in a range of positions from consultancy to specialist to freelancers:

      External Verifiers

      Exam writers, reviewers and markers
