Digital Community Manager
Digital Community Managers work generally in industries and organisations that interact with their customers and end user online, such as the videogame industry and software providers. They facilitate and instigate communication between 'the community' (customers) and the organisation and their communication strategy supports the business objectives. They are the 'eyes and ears' of the organisation within the player community. Their role involves relaying information back from the organisation to its digital community to contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation. This standard relates to technical aspects of analysing and interpreting data from the community, evaluating customer behaviour and reporting upwards within the organisation.
