EPA Relationship Manager

Will started at AIM as an apprentice in 2017 and has moved up the organisation working as a Customer Service Advisor for five years before being promoted to Senior Customer Experience Advisor. Will was then later promoted to EPA Relationship Manager, moving from the qualifications side of the organisation over to end-point assessment. Outside of work Will lives and breathes football, being a massive Tottenham fan. He loves travelling and a spot of fine dining never goes amiss.
