"Over the years I have worked closely with AIM Qualifications to deliver a range of qualifications through our centre to our students, I have found all staff at AIM Qualifications to be extremely helpful and supportive with numerous processes, always willing to provide appropriate and accurate advice through each phase of any task.
This is especially true when it comes to our main centre Lead at Aim Qualifications, Tim Cook, he is always there to direct and mentor us, enabling us to improve and flourish, our experience as a centre is that we always receive a 5 star amazing service, which has created a strong trust and working relationship between Inspire and Aim Qualifications, which gets stronger each year.
A personal experience of the fantastic support we received, was when we had to estimated grades for Access learners at the end of the last academic year, all new processes and practices changed very quickly in response to the covid situation by QAA. During this time, I contacted staff at AIM Qualifications by telephone and emails numerous times to check and clarify the process and each time I was met with support and advice to help me understand and carry out the processes properly. I couldn’t have done it without their support, a truly knowledgeable and professional staff team and Awarding Organisation to work with."
